The bedrooms offer two, three or four beds and some singles. All rooms have beds, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and drawers.
BOSS adopts a learner centred approach and the content of the academic programme is carefully prepared by an energetic and committed academic team on the basis of each students’ individual assessment and needs. With a maximum class size of 16 and levels ranging from beginner to advanced, the course is planned so that a sensible balance between academic and non-academic activities is maintained. BOSS educates its students. But also keeps them motivated and never bored.
The objective of the Academic programme is to strengthen and improve students’ English by consolidating what knowledge they may arleady have of the language.
When the daily programme does not include any excursion, there is a full range of onsite activities in the afternoon including sports, arts and crafts, drama and music as well as exciting activities every evening that involve all students together as they compete in a variety of challenges and shows. Think music, mess and mayhem!
Excursions
The programme consists of two full day excursions (Wednesday and Sunday 08h30-19h00) and two half day excursions ( Tuesday and Saturday 14h00-18h00) visiting places such as London, Brighton, Hasting and Canterbury with the opportunity to visit some of the world’s most famous landmarks.
Surrounded only by lofty trees, green fields and endless countryside, the campus is literally like a little island in the middle of a huge sea of green. The campus is not only a beautiful place but also a very safe place, located 8km from the nearest town of Hastings. Not too far, but far enough to really experience the peace and quiet and the green grass of England.
