Stowe is one of England’s most prestigious schools.Well situated close to both London and Oxford, Stowe is just over an hour from Heathrow Airport. 12 hours per week “Learning General English” & 12 hours per week “Masterclasses”
The students improve their general English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening) through language lessons and develop personal, social and managerial skills in English through the masterclasses ( Discover-My future- Creative minds- Best of Britain)
Example activities include Art and Craft, T-shirt Tie-dye, Laser Tag, Archery, Basketball, Swimming, Street dance, African drumming, Football
Lines activity night include festival & live band or Olympics, onsite games and evening concert, carnival
Excursions
At LINES, students can enjoy two excursions to a range of destinations, selected for their interest and enjoyment (1 academic visit and 1 visit to top tourist attractions). All excursions are fully supervised by trained staff to make sure that the students get the very best of each excursion. At LINES, excursions form an integral part of the learning programme, giving students the opportunity to practice and use their language skills in real-life settings whilst gaining an appreciation and understanding of the culture and history of the UK.
Optional: Musical every Saturday and Amusement park every Sunday (Harry Potter/ Thorpe Park)
